We just signed my 11 year old son up for World of Warcraft Premium service through your site. We though we were signing him up to play the game, but now that he has a user name and password, he can't figure out how to do it. He has played briefly before and had bought disks to do so inthe past at an EB games. Did we just mistakenly sign up for an accessory or chat site and not the actual game WOW? Quick feedback would be appreciated-he spent birthday money and we've got tears here. I'm not all that tech saavy-

You've signed him up for premium service on Allakhazam.com, not World of Warcraft. You will need to create an account for him at this website:

https://signup.worldofwarcraft.com/menu.html;jsessionid=57D195E01846F2E64672F32BF966247C.app04_05

If he's played before, he probably had a user name and password, but if he doesn't remember them I think this website will help you figure it out.

Good luck.
