Random Irritating Powerlevelling SpamFollow

There is a new user on the general forum called hatebol who has just randomly run down a load of first page posts spamming stuff about power levelling for eve of all things and some website about gaming. Irritating and against forum rules I assume. I have rated a couple of his posts down then discovered this to report. Here are a couple of threads he's posted in:
