Dropdown menus obscuredFollow

#1 Sep 26 2008 at 6:33 AM Rating: Decent
Anyone else have the following problem? While in one of the forums, if I go to any of the drop down menus above (items, quests, etc), the menu settings boxes (number of threads/page and filter settings) block part of the dropdown, making it hard to get to wherever else I'd like to surf to.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I have the same problem at work, Danoatnova, but not at home. You using IE 6 by any chance?

Any of the dropdowns will get placed behind the "filter settings" box, Darq. Happens on all forums under both classic and new view in IE 6(before anyone comments, without some serious boost in my access to the system, it is impossible for me to use anything else at work). Might do it on other browsers I don't use.

Exactly the same with me, IE6 at work (with the same "behind the box" effect) and no such problem at home either.

Acutally, yes. At work I have IE6, and it also does not happen to me at home. I don't know what version of IE I have at home, but it has to be much newer than what's on this dinosaur.

What browser version and site is everyone using? Each site have their own styling and what works on one might be broken on another. We really need to know browser & site to be able to fix things like this.

IE 6 and wow.allakhazam.com here. Both flavors(Brown and Parchment) do the same thing.

The same here as well. And I am not in a situation where I can change my browser at work.
