Renewing SubscriptionFollow

I received the following:

"This is to inform you that your premium account with Allakhazam.com has expired.
If you did not wish your account to expire, log into your account and go to
https://secure.allakhazam.com/signup.cgi and sign up again for instant access.

We hope you enjoyed using our membership services and will consider us again in the future. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at accounts@allakhazam.com."

Allakhazam had a great site. Information was much easier to locate than on other sites such as Throtbot. The menu structure was straightforward as was the information. I chose to subscribe to assist Allakhazam in its financial liability of keeping on the web.

All of this changed. Information was difficult to locate and in many cases was no longer there. There was no difference between Allakhazam and any of the other harder to use sites. There were many complaints but to no avail. I see no point in wasting my money for something that has become mediocre at best. If enough people will vote by not renewing their membership, maybe management will take a hard look at providing
an alternative site to all the others.
