Not a major issue, but when I go to do an armory import the slots that were previously filled (but no longer are) stay filled. For instance: http://wow.allakhazam.com/profile.html?2473007
I currently have a staff equipped along with an offhand, which is a bug.
Beyond that and the lack of picking up gems/etc I believe are the main bugs with the import feature.

wow, missed those entirely, along with no +hit pickup.
you can fix the OH bug by deleting the character and re-importing. there is no quick fix for the other miscalculations though.
