And it's not under 'FFXI' headers because, by some odd twist of fate, tech support applies to more than just FFXI, especially among the games covered by ZAM.

I was just trying to figure out a way for people to find the tech forum easier. For example, the menu on the left has 3 out of 7 of the cross site forums, but there's no link to the cross site forums. I've noticed many people putting tech questions/advice in the general forum, and wanted to see them go where they belong.
