I don't know the situation behind his first account being banned, so I may be wrong, but, despite the lameness of his post and video, he doesn't appear to be doing anything wrong.
And before you mention the having been banned part, I was banned 2 or 3 times before I made a serious account for posting.

I do understand that what I say isn't gospel, or even proof in this context; it is simply circumstance.
His previous account was named Alfarjamie. I don't believe it's some other joker, because both the previous account and the new one have linked to the same username on Youtube.
Again, I know it's not definitive. Just providing more information. Thanks for keeping an eye out, it's highly appreciated.

he was muted by me in August for harassing other posters and starting fights. It generated several complaints in this forum so I removed his post ability.
