[FFXI] Add New Character broken

When trying to create a character profile via the following link at the top of this page:

http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/db/userinfo_new.html

A 404 is thrown.

Been like this for a while, but the people who brought this up failed to post it in this forum after I recommended it, so I'm just posting it myself. >_>
