It definitely records who you're rating.

I'm not entirely sure as to whether or not it records when you're rating them, but I wouldn't be surprised.

The MNK forum is a mystical place where, once questions are answered, the threads are repurposed to other things rather than being left to die.

In other words, could you can the freakin' BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW that a thread is still going on something other than its original topic? If every thread that got derailed were to be locked... these forums would be a sad, sad place by comparison to what they are now.
