Posting in table format

Is there a way to post in a table format?

I have a spreadsheet of the Maze Monger runes/costs/classes that I think the FFXI community may find useful, however I'm not sure the best way to post it.

If there is no way to post it as a table, does anyone know anywhere that I could host it for free on the net, then just link to it?
