Is there anyway to make the sidebar float so it follows you as you scroll down?

Another question, is there anyway to add a feature to make the forum section of the sidebar customizable? For example, I don't even look at the FFXI Endgame forum and I want to swap it out with the TV, Movies, Anime, and Books forum.

Edit: Just realized that used to be the SciFi forum, anyway question still stands.

Not at this time. It's a good idea, we just don't have the dev man hours to implement anything until they get around to hireing new devs
