Bad (BUT UNREPORTABLE) adFollow

Wish I could provide any useful information about the ad, like source or number, but here's all I can tell you about it:

* It loads a lot of things (IE8 makes a "click" noise every time it starts loading a new page by way of clicked link or redirect, and I could have sworn I heard over 20 clicks).
* Its final destination is "China On TV".

The problem is that I couldn't see more than the bottom ~15 pixels of the banner (the tower ad at the time was a HostGator ad, which I'm pretty well certain wasn't the offender) and those were just flat white.

So... think of this less as me reporting the ad, and more as me warning people that it's in the rotation and to properly report it if they run into it.
