Can someone take me off norate?
My premium has expired and I want to renew but if I'm on norate forever I might as well ditch this account.

You made and used ratebots. That's usually a pretty firm "Perma norate".

Did you make a second account called dippydop, rate it up yourself and then use that account in turn to bolster your own karma? Yes or no?

We didn't ask if you automated, whether you did or not is irrelevant. You made another account to give yourself an unfair karma boost and took advantage of the system, in which you were punished by norate status. At this time, if you want that norate status removed, you would need to make your case by understanding that if you were ever allowed to rate again it would be a temporary allowance to view your rating behavior. (if rules are followed probation would be lifted) Per admin policy, the admin who norated you is the sole determining factor, thus is in the hands of Kaolian. We may speak about it, however I am on my way out for lunch.

Also, they do check to see if it matches up with a proxy service if they're iffy about it.

Word was talking to the former sockpuppet (Naxxxram) in the thread, I just wanted to clarify that Naxxxram was someone else we have previously banned, not related to Kelnoen.
