After dealing with no sleep, the site fubaredness, I attempted a nap before hanging out with 25 8-year olds for a Valentine's Day party. As it states on the sign up page, paypal premium is set by hand, it's not instant. That means I have to actually be at my desk to enter the info, which I can do now, that I am home.
