Good point. We might as well let you guys have all the prizes, as consolation for having to put up with inferior healthcare, inferior economy, inferior crime control, inferior infrastructure and so on. Only when it gets brought up that Quebec's not happy about something. Really, we just exclude them from contests because you need to jump through legal hoops to include them.

Not sure. Probably have to pay taxes on the taxes of the prize. Oh and you probably had to rig it so that Francophones have 2:1 odds over Anglophones of winning.
