That's what happens when it has tons of replies and rates, it doesn't seem to disappear upon ban.

for some reason if a rate and a ban occur within about 2 seconds of eachother, the rate overrides the nuke action of the ban on that thread.

And I have a ghost PM that won't go away. ARRRGHHH!!!
