Im Having problems when i click on character profiles and click on pin character it takes me to a page which says my "user page is located here" with a link...but it wont let me pin a character...am i doing something wrong. Im signed in on WOW reader AND its refreshed and uploaded???

Having the same issue. If I click "pin a character", it shows I have one pinned. I can even pin another and then go back to the previous one, and I still can't use the item upgrader (tells me to pin a character).
If I look under "character profiles", it tells me to log in to pin a character.. hard to post from my login without being logged in, however, so it's obvious something is amiss.
I tried removing all saved data from my browser, cleared cache and all that, tried a different browser (ie instead of firefox), all to no avail.
What's up?

I'm having the same problem. I'm logged in and it tells me to "log in to pin a character". I've deleted the cache and cookies several times to no avail.

Considering we just had a site change from Allakhazam to ZAM, not all things work, we can't find them all so that's where you come in.
Considering we just had an emergency server upgrade that took several days and several devs working LONG hours, most of them probably tried to enjoy their weekend, first time in months.
Does your boss make you work and not allow you time off? Didn't think so...
I am sure someone will post WHEN they come online today.

Well, the dev's are making progress. I can use the upgrade/pin a character feature on the wow.allakhazam.com homepage but not when I go to any of the forums.
