Avatars and sigs have reappeared

Pretty sure there used to be a setting to suppress avatar images and signature images, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

It would, technically, be the box that says "Hide Images," but currently the settings are borked.

oh, duh, it's right there on the thread page. I was looking in the settings. I set it so long ago..
