Regardless of whether or not it's 'free', I'm still a customer by visiting this site. I produce revenue for this business. As such, I can expect a certain amount of service.
It's really easy to use the 'free' excuse, but visitors to free sites generate revenue. Without these visitors, there would be no revenue and no site.
