Reuse time on Lucy.Follow

This is frustrating to me, because I feel like I'm looking in the wrong spot. Whenever I look up an AA on Lucy, I can never find the reuse timer. I find a recast time, which says 0 and I know that's not what I need.

When I look up Silent Casting, I'm trying to find the length of time to recover this AA once I use it. It's not in any category I can see. Can someone tell me how to find this?
