Google Moderator is a service they have that lets people basically vote on questions and ideas so people can know which the most popular ones are. It could be used to allow the community to vote on what it thinks are the best questions to ask at interviews as well as post their own questions to be voted on. I think it'd be pretty cool.

Click on one of the series on the left to see an example of how it would work.

The difference is it allows people viewing it to enter their own questions for people to vote on.

We'd end up with another Cheese Sandwhich or Bee mage question.

That's where the voting comes in. A joke question like that shouldn't make it to the top. Or if that fails, that's where the common sense comes in.

Just thought the community would like more of a say in the questions asked and the community websites would like to give the community the chance. Guess not.

I like the idea, I just don't like the community. There'd be 10000000 questions all with 1 slight slight difference which people would believe made their question unique and therefor more important. Then, if a stupid question actually got enough votes, Alla would either have to ask the question for no reason, or ignore the question which would defeat the purpose of a poll on which question to ask. They tend to ask questions at previous interviews most people have anyways, too.
