De-Sticky requestFollow

There's a Sticky in the cor forum that is referenced in another sticky so there's a permanent link, however the information is very old/outdated/nearly obsolete and abandoned by the OP.

I know there is a group of users that frequent the cor forums that would like this sticky removed and possibly replaced with something more beneficial in the future. For now, however, just having it removed would be greatly appreciated.
