We're not treating it like RMT garbage, those get noposted.
We're treating it like we did when chuck　norris invaded. For the same reasons as well.. it's annoying seeing that sh*t pop up everywhere in every forum. ~.~ It was bad enough on /b/, but to have it on alla to? :/ Youtube is also nothing like this.. 90% of the time the youtube links are to something on topic.

I was really wondering about this too, as I see nothing wrong with these. I guess the people on Alla that don't like them are more influential than those that do, so they get nuked.
Then keep them to ONE thread in the multigame forum, it has no place anywhere else and will eventually die off like that last dumb game that was similar. People coming from FFXI into OOT or asylum who have never been there before and spamming this crap is not enjoyable. I get complaints, then I have to clean it up. We also have people who have NEVER even been here before registering JUST to post their link, no different than someone who makes an account to post RMT link IMO.

Thank you for at the very least reasoning behind it, as it didn't make much sense earlier.
It's a game that requires you to spam it's link to gain experience... that's about as bad as RMT spam in my eyes.

This isn't the first game of its sort to be treated this way on Allakhazam. Outwar ended up being filtered completely because of all of the spam it generated.
Anyway, my earlier post was simply to show that people are actually playing this before it got filtered also. After that, it's the admins' decision what to do.

No it doesn't. You can play it and gain experience without someone ever clicking your link, and people can even play eachother without using the links.

I agree. I have several brutes and level them up by playing them against each other.
I completely agree with Norellicus
Personally, I think that the thread I linked to earlier should have been moved to the Multigame forum instead of being nuked and locked. Then again, I think DF wanted a new thread started by an admin so people would notice the policy she was setting in place. With that in mind, it probably would have been best to have created the new thread and then locked, but not nuked the old thread, leaving a link to the new one in the first post.
Truth is, now that I've actually looked at it, it does look kinda fun. Still, it's off topic anywhere but the multigame forum really.
