Well my thinking was that the localized servers might take longer due to language...
Storms is french isn't it? and then theres the russian, german and japanese servers.
But splitpaw and runnyeye are english.

we will be adding all international servers shortly.

They will only be in english, however :(

Localization of the site is a project we'd like to complete down the road a bit.
