When searching on the item search or the broker search, as soon as I select mitigation as a criteria the search brings back no results. I even did a search were the only criteria was Mitigation 1 and nothing came back. Tried in both Firefox and IE to check that it wasn't a browser issue. Any one else having this problem?
The problem is the query is taking too long to complete and is being killed off, so it gives the appearance that it's not working. Same difference to an end user.
We're aware of the problem and speeding up the broker search so it's much more usable. Part of the solution is moving the eq2 broker tables to a dedicated server which hopefully we'll be able to complete in the next few days.
