Is there a way to adjust the level of my subscription? Currently I am on the 3 month rotation, but I was considering just donating it all at once and get the whole year. Is it possible to change this and where would I do this at?

hah and I was just going to bed last night so I might of made a typo or two. Thanks DF, but now I got a bigger question, will this reset my karma levels?

No, karma has nothing to do with premium. You would only have your karma (and postcount, of course) "reset" if you had to create an entire new account. The only thing attached to premium is your journal, your signature image, and the ability to post images, smilies and polls.
