Firefox 3.0.10 - Menus pop up behind the banner ad.Follow

I'm using Firefox 3.0.10

The menu bar at the top, the drop down menus sometimes pop up behind the banner ad, making it not possible to click on the dropdown menu because the add is blocking it. Some ads don't cause this problem but some others do. An example of an ad that does is the ETS toefl horizontal rectangle ad that shows on the top sometimes.

I don't know if this happens with other browsers too.

NoScript is the culprit. You need to allow zam.com.

It's not a noscript that is the issue. I don't run it on my computer and I can duplicate that occasionally too.

I don't have any addons or plugins. Just bare bones Firefox, barely adding Flash Player and Java and possibly some other plug in of the same kind.

I noticed this again and the ad that causes this is a Flash Player ad. It may be related.

Just a notice, I've seen other Flash Player ads but this only happens with Flash Player adds from Doubleclick.net.

IMO, if the ad placement relative to the dropdown menus was different this wouldn't be a problem. Like if the dropdown menus were placed below the add instead of above.

ATM the only client side "fix" that I could come up with was to disable loading of images that come from doubleclick.net via the Tool -> Options -> Content feature of Firefox. I know the site kind of discourages the filtering of banner ads but this one was really interfering with the functionality of the site.
