Problems replying to topics .Follow

I'm using the FFXI skin, tried to reply to a post in the OOT forum, and it seemed to go through ok, but when I refreshed the page my reply to the thread hadn't registered . I assumed maybe I'd not clicked the post button, so used the back button to get back to the post and post the reply again, but apparently I made an identical post already - except its not showing up for me.

I've tried refreshing etc, but no joy .
