Overlapping type on Allah page Follow

#1 Jul 04 2009 at 6:45 AM Rating: Decent
This may be an old problem. When I log onto the Allah page, I have type over the top of other type on the page header. The SoF page is like two pages of type , one on top of the other. I also cannnot print an entire page of info. The text cuts off about half way. Changing margins does not help, thx in advance, Sarg

Links? Screenshots? We have so many pages I can't count them, and support at least 12 games.

Please include your browser type and it's version. Thanks!

I was getting a lot of that for several days (weeks?) now.

I went back today to get a screenshot but it's gone. Perhaps it's from the browser at work, they still have IE 6.

Today at home all the pages look ok with IE 8 and Opera 10 Beta.

Well that's unfortunate, since a lot of work places refuse to upgrade.

Oh well, won't bother reporting the same issue unless I can see it happen on IE7 or greater while at home.

You'd think work places would want their browser more secure, and 6 is crap compared to more updated versions. It is beyond me why they won't upgrade. It's free for pete's sake. Anyone know why they won't? I am just curious is all.

I think 7 is supposed to work better, but I'd have to check on that. Either way, I still don't have a clue what it is, what it looks like or what pages it occurs on. I need specific links, screen shots, which browser and versions do and don't give it. Give me more info, I can make a ticket. I need to show it or be able to recreate it. At this moment, I can't do either. Also for the life of me, I can't recall what SoF even means. Even still, we no longer support IE6 as it's ancient compared to today's updated browsers. There may be more to the story, and I am just not dev enlightened enough to be able to give more information than that. (and I just woke up, that may explain even more!) Smiley: grin
