Image reportingFollow

So what exactly are the requirements for an image that's reported to be removed completely from the site? I made a fake update news thread in =10 that included several images, all of which were completely SFW.

However the images were reported and aren't showing up in the post anymore because they were reported. Does any admin actually review reported images to see if they were reported for good reason? If so, is there a penalty for reporting images that shouldn't have been reported? Also, can we make a new rule for =10 that says it's seriously business, and no hijnks will be tolerated?

If you don't want an image to be reported when using it, upload it way ahead of time. If you upload your picture and then post it you can almost expect for it to be reported. It will stay in limbo until an admin is able to review it and mark it as a-ok again.

I approved them, some people just need to get out of the house more often. That person may, however at some point, may lose privileges.

For the curious "lose privalages" when it relates to image rating currently means "we ban your *** to get you to stop"

But what if the person reported pictures of spiders before Kao sees them? Gray zone? Unless Kao has to review the reported image.

The image reporting method is better safe than sorry. The instant someone clicks report, the image is set to invisible/blocked to anyone reading the post. The admins review and restore the image if it is safe.

It can take a few minutes (or hours depending when they get reported), but yes there are also punishments for them.
