Since some point last night, I have been unable to view FFXI general forums. It says that it has been undergoing temporary maintenance.

Solved it on my own, hit refresh on the page that was saying that and it fixed itself.

I've set that page to not be cached by your browser. That should prevent the maint page from being displayed by your browser after it has been taken down.
