Could it be made that every time someone says "Cool Story, Bro" it be changed to say "I am mentally disabled" or something else?

It's getting ridiculous when people are making helpful threads ( such as this one http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=10;mid=124855895412689776;num=43;page=1 ) and one of the first few posts is from some idiot.

It does still fit in some situations, but generally people are just being idiots with it.
