hmm Interesting the "key code" is not valid that you supplied.
Is there a method to get a replacement "key code"
I really do not want to open another account just to get a different "key code" that is valid.
How many others are having the same problem?

Can you provide us with a bit more information regarding what you are talking about? What game or service was this keycode for? Where is this keycode located? is this the code on a game install CD?

I hope this provides the requested additional information.
In the recently released MMO -- Runes of Magic -- they are offering FREE armour.
It is like a treasure hunt in that all you have to do is to find the internet location of each piece of the armour. Frogster has partnered with multiple different gaming / infomation organizations (like ZAM) for obtaining a "key code" or coupon to be able to redeem the piece of gear being offered at that site.
There are 5 pieces to the "Vermillion" armour set for Runes of Magic and ZAM has one of the pieces.
The key code that I acquired from ZAM is not valid for redemption from / with Runes of Magic.
The "key code" is in the proper format -- it just is not valid.
I would like to obtain another "key code" or coupon from ZAM that is valid.
My ZAM account says that I have already recieved my "key code" or coupon and that I am not eligible to recieve another "key code" or coupon.
So how do I get ZAM to allow my account to acquire another / different "key code" ??

I've sent an email to the Zam staffer who looks after these things to check into it. We'll get you a working key one way or another.
