Short and sweet: is there an RSS feed for forums at all? Can only seem to find one for front page updates.

Cheers!

Awesome, thanks :) Do you know if the feed can be dynamically filtered? My viewer Ive made is tiny (discrete work surfing!) so all I see is new posts in the beastmaster forums hehe. Any way of narrowing the feed to, say, simply the FFXI general forum?

Go here ( http://www.zam.com/live.html ), select options and pick the forums you want to monitor. Save and resubscribe to the feed.
