This list item works because the colored text is not on the next line. Wall-o-text FTW!
This list item doesn't work because the colored text is actually on the next line.
And this one works again properly.

This item is the case I forgot to mention: uncolored text on a new line.

Conclusion: newlines in list items don't work.
