OK, I have a premium subscription, and I am trying to upload an avatar or two. I log in, go into my account information, click on "your avatars", browse for the avatar, then hit "Upload". Every time I get a screen saying that this is for premium users only, and asks if I forgot to log in. I figures "why not?" and hit the link for logging in, and I get sent to a blank page.
Anyone know if this feature is working or not? I see lots of people with avatars...

It should be. I do see your account is flagged as premium. It might be that you have an old, non premium cookie cached. Try logging off, clearing your cache, then log in under Internet explorer (firefox sometimes doesn't write the cookie correctly) and try it again. If that doesn't work, try logging in from the zam.com url.

I'll definitely have to try this out as well. I've been attempting to upload a new avi, but have been getting the error that it's not in JPeg (when I know it is), or like the one the OP has. Will check when I get home though

I have never set a skin, I just log into zam.com. I will try clearing the cache, and let you know what happens. :)

Hmmmmm, a bit odd, but I got it working. I tried clearing my cache, and nothing.
Apparently, you cannot upload from www.zam.com .
I went to eq2zam.com, uploaded, and set it as my avatar, and it works fine.

You have to be logged in and have cookies enabled. Did it toss you an error? I just uploaded the lotro ring in my avs just fine on the www.zam.com template.

Yea, it tells me I need to log in, and to do so with a clicky "here". If I click the clicky "here" I get an error page that cant be loaded. However, I CAN upload my avatars into images, and use it from there.....

Can you tell me what the error page is? A screenshot would rock, so that I may pass that along to a dev to assess.

OK, after I point the upload page to the avatar, and click upload, it redirects me to this page...
http://u.allakhazam.com/ulimg.cgi . And if I click the "here" hyperlink, I get redirected to this page... http://u.allakhazam.com/user.html, which only says:
404 File not Found.
The file you have requested down not exist, or cannot be found.
I'm willing to post screenshots, but not quite sure how... Nevermind, lol, put in links instead...
