I purchased premium a couple days ago, because I can't really miss it anymore.
I used paypal to get the year of premium, and everything went fine, I got the following mail alongside a payment confirmation from paypal:

Then today I noticed I didn't have premium anymore.
I check my inbox and I found this:

Did you take part in the "free month of premium" survey? That might be the problem.

Yeah I did, so I guess that what/whoever did that thought my trial hadn't expired yet which it should have and thus canceled my year of premium. :(

And thanks for the email address, it's early sunday morning here and I couldn't find it.

Yeah, same thing happened to me (sort of), Darqflame is really helpful in fixing issues with memberships.

Yeah, that shouldn't have happened, that's twice this week I've seen this issue. First time I thought it was a fluke, now, not so much. I will make a ticket on it Monday with links and info for devs to try and recreate the problem.

As for the premium, fixed, one year from today. Sorry for any inconvenience...

(and I really have to get those automated emails fixed... I forgot about that one, thanks for the reminder!)

Well, seeing as how you have premium, it's at least likely to be fixed soon(ish). :)
