I have 2 gigantic blue rectangles covering my screen.
I remember m and a few other members having this
problem a few years back.
Anyway here is a pic of the culprit.

I am using Firefox 3.5.3
Rectangle appears with and without fire fox Adblock.

I think those are the placeholders for the site ads. You might wanna try Ad-Blocking the frame itself.

I cannot click (right or left) the rectangles to get
any options from fire fox, so I cannot lock them. The site was working fine yesterday and early this morning. Now that I think about it,
I updated Adblocker plus earlier today. Perhaps it has something to do with that.

I also have these squares, did not have this morning and they are there now. Hope this is not some attempt to get ads to show even with ad block, though it helps your revenue, its hurts us when they are rmt ads and posses capabilities of stealing account info.

Couldn't help but notice that this happens just as Mr. Alla himself leaves the forums.... hmmm...

Same thing using the www.allakhazam stylesheet. Large white rectangles where the banner ads would be.

Those are just monoliths, here to judge and likely eventually attempt to exterminate humanity, which will later be thwarted by computer viruses. I wouldn't worry about them too much.

(actually, i suspect its part of the ongoing frontend redesign, and probably there to ensure the ads don't overlap the rest of the site text.)

It looks like one of our ad providers was having problems serving ads. Is this still occuring? Every page load I do gets an ad.

When is this going to be fixed? They are blocking the
menu options and they are blocking the text field every time
I try to write a post.

It's a weekend for all and a holiday for some. We apologize for any inconvenience but it appears to be tricky as we can't always replicate the issue.
