I am still having problems with these god damn rectangles. It's one thing if they stayed neatly to the side, but It covers a lot of Menu options and a large portion of the text box. I have to open Notepad everytime I want to type something. Is this issue still being addressed?

Have you tried holding shift and refreshing to clear your cache?

If this doesn't work, try turning off your computer and unplugging it. Wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

This one has got to work.

Seriously, give them a little more detail. What browser do you use, which version of Zam?

The thing I find odd is that you and GagBag are from the same IP, perhaps same computer? Are you sure it's not you? I am sure you can see why I'd be asking...

I still have not been able to recreate this issue since it first appeared and fixed. What resolution are you running? Does this occur on IE and FF? Have you tried google or safari? Are you using a normal computer or a desktop, or a phone? Have you tried removing all addons and installing them one at a time to see if one is a culprit? I have literally been trying to get this to happen all day without success. I need AS MUCH information as you can give me, even if you think it's not important or relevant.

Solution: buy premium.

Your resolution is too effing small anyway. What is this, 1990?

TEN TWENTY FOUR BY SEVEN SIXTY EIGHT AT LEAST.

Also, he's running Firefox cuz the rectangles are blue. In IE, they would be ads. The blue placeholder is a sure sign of adblock + firefox (not that there's anything wrong with that, but just clarifying the browser question...).

Yeah, I know, but I wanted to see know everything, just in case, because I did get blue boxes in IE previously.

Same IP/PC, different account as I share computers.

None of the proposed suggestions work. Shif-Reload, Shut down unplugged cables, and disabling add-ons all failed.
I am using a dell dimension 2400 desktop

Problem occurs with both IE version 8.0 and FF version 3.5.3
In firefox I disable all the Add-ons and the rectangles now becomes Ads.

I had this same problem last year, here is a similar post where a few other people complained about what appears to be the same issue:
http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=3;mid=121742363914373727#m1217500800266075439

The problem was resolved a few days after the initial post, can't you just work the same magic you did then?

Well I use to have a big screen HD monitor but SOB broke, now I'm using a 2nd hand mini screen, images are way to small on the larger resolution settings.

Edit:
After switching my screen resolution as the poster above "Kindly" suggested, the blue boxes, while still present, no longer cover 1/2 the text box and menu options, so it's at least not as annoying now.

I was able to recreate this by blocking http://common.zam.com/shared/basestyle.css?14 with Adblock+. When changing my machine to 800x600 it took half my screen.

I think you need to re-enable http://common.zam.com/shared/basestyle.css?14 in adblock and raise your resolution a little.

It still is different than it was a few weeks back though. The frames that the ads are in used to completely disappear when you blocked the frame with Adblock. Now the rectangle stays no matter what I try, but they do not cover text on the screen unless you block the stylesheet I listed above.
