"We" move the Forum Search back to the top of the Forums catergory, where a search engine belongs. And since Live Forum Updates is a search engine of sorts, we should move that right below it too.
Persoanlly, I'm asking because I don't like them messing up the order of my 3 favourite forums on the fourms tab, but also because I beleive search engines should be near the start of what people read, because to the best of my knowledge, most people read from the top, down.
FFXI skin, btw.

That being said, maybe the Search should be moved to the top of the page, in general (again, FFXI skin).

I actually like it unbolded better. I was just coming here to make sure it was a skin change and not a personal issue. My computer's been ... wonky ... lately. 
Okay, the font isn't that bad, but not being able to minimize stuff is.

All the menus on the old sites have been updated to use our fancy new menu system that we've been using for sites with dropdown menus, and I didn't know if anyone used those category collapsing options. Quick informal and unscientific poll: do people really want those collapsing arrows back? (IMO they make things unnecessarily cluttered, but they can be re-added)

I thought it'd make more sense to put the Forum Search on the bottom of the generics list rather than have it split game-specific forums and generic forums.
Some sites have also had some slight improvements to their navigation styling along with the new system, and My Account sections are now more robust and consistent across all sites, and change more appropriately based on whether you're logged in or not and have a premium account or not.

Personaly, I liked it, It made things less cluttered at time. I would like to see the collapse buttons put back but I'll live either way.

Don't mind me. I'm just upset that you moved the only 3 buttons I use over on that side. And by move, I mean added more below them.

You just have no idea how many times I've gone to the wrong link today. 
Or at least, almost have. I also spent a good 10 minutes messing with my screen resolution because I couldn't figure out why the font was smaller. I'm stupid, don't hate.

I like the minimization arrows
Collapsible functionality has returned, with tweaks. It now doesn't appear until your mouse is in the category area so that it's less cluttered looking, and the cursor doesn't change to a pointer so that now it's clearer when you're about to click on the menu links or the arrow.

I agree that Forum Search should be back at the top! I think we should also take out Cross Site from the list.
Cross Site makes it easier to get to the Books, TV, & Anime and General Gaming Forums, since you had to go out of your way with the old listing.

if you just click on "Forums" the first ones listed are the cross site forums, so i agree that we should take "Cross Site" out.
