Where is my stuff (profile images)

I have been away for a while and maybe this has been addressed but I could not find an answer. When I log into my profile pages for my characters the images of my stuff are missing. Any ideas as to how to fix this.

Hi;
I just logged in today after being off for a month or two. my profile pages load fine but the images related to my stuff are icon only. bags and apparel. updating my Wowreader seems to go fine.
