Premium Upgrade Error

I have tried to sign up for Premium services
but when I do I get the following error:

Software error:

Fatal: Cannot log transaction: No such file or directory

I'm using the latest Firefox web browser. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

Thanks for looking into it. I tried again and this time I get a different error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
