Who is this person?Follow

I've seen a few of these people crop up recently. Random posts that sound like they're supposed to be on topic but have actually nothing to do with the OP. here is one such poster, who came to my attention here. Is he a sock, or just a person who's posting random things for no reason?

Sorry for the possibly shameless bump, but I'm still curious about SorinMarkov. Here is his latest post. I'm starting to think that perhaps he isn't actually a sock and is just a foreigner, which could explain some of his english skills. It still slightly bugs me though.

edit: another post (no, I'm not stalking him, I just happen to check the forums regularly when I'm bored). Another thing that bugs me is the short ellipses that he continually uses. /soapbox
