Seems the font has changed, on the ffxi skin at the very least. Can you change it back? <.<; It's small, has very little spacing, and is generally annoying now.
Seconded/thirded/fourthed (whatever nth this is). It is much harder to read than before, from the same computer, in the same lighting conditions, at the same distance from the screen. What is it Arial or Times New Roman? What's that really condensed font?

Didn't this happen before and there's a solution you can do on your own computer to enlarge the font? Do that.
Why should we alter our size to make everything even beyond this site larger when we didn't change, this one website did? Why ask thousands to adjust when you can just ask the one hub that links those thousands to change?

It's not a matter of having poor eye sight, it's just that.. continuing on with this font will give us poor eye sight.
The thing is, clearly another font existed previously (or there happens to be a convergence of insanity in several visitors to this website), and there are hundreds to a few thousand font styles. There are at least a few dozen that are better than this that are readable. It doesn't have to be wingdings, bowl-o-rama, or this condensed crap. We don't
have to read in this font.
I remember way back when, in the early days of mass internet, when teachers/profs could now say type up a report and they meant with Word or an analogous program, not a typewriter, you got several people using this default "efficient" condensed font. Eventually, 2 or 3 years later, teachers moved away from that font because they said it hurt their eyes, going for the standard newsprint font (Times New Roman?) or 1 other one. Students eagerly switched because wider letters mean less content stretches to more pages, meeting the paper length requirement (I was the reverse, cheating by shrinking font size by 0.5-1 and playing around with similar looking fonts). What is Allakhazam trying to do, go 1999 retro with font?
