Problem, EQ item collector, no profilesFollow

I'm not getting any profiles for my characters when I look at the EQ item colector

1. I just installed the collector on Windows 7. It's been fine on my old XP OS.
2. We just had an EQ patch as well, so it could be either Win 7 or patch related.

3. Messages:

Not working for me either - since last patch. Using same old Windows XP so I doubt it is due to your Windows 7 installation. All my character profiles show Nov 10 as my last updates date. I emailed Allah about the problem but haven't received a reply. I am sure they have to fix it.
