Requesting a Windower forum to be added to the FFXI section.Follow

#1 Nov 25 2009 at 12:00 PM Rating: Default
I want to request a FFXI Windower forum to be included in the FFXI section of the forums. The mods don't like any Windower topics in the Main FFXI forum and there is a reason for it, I concede that. But, there shouldn't be any problem with discussing Windower use in a specific forum for that purpose.

Thank you.

Request denied. Windower is a taboo topic on our forums and we do not condone it.

I thought FFXI had it's own windower now...? Is it a taboo topic because of the vitriol it produces?

It's own windower has no options or addons. The OP is talking about the unofficial windower, which is still very much against the terms of service, which Allakhazam can't condone.

Ooooh. Thanks.

I'm glad I don't play that game anymore, but when I did, the POL windower was enough for me.

I find it mildly amusing that while people are apparently able to find where they can download Windower, they're seemingly unable to locate the Windower forums on the same site from which they downloaded it.

Pikko is Hawaiian, and therefore charmingly naive as to the sheer stupidity being bred on the mainland.

While we're at it, can we add a fraps, ffxiapp, MrArgus, and aprafar forum to the ffxi forums?

Also, how about a sticky for a Cheat Engine tutorial on how to browse the memory locations to find the static pointers for character position, character speed, and character stance. Smiley: lol

Aloha is their word for both "Hello" and "Goodbye." The poor people are so sunbaked that they don't know if they're coming or going.

To paraphrase the almighty Carlin.
