In closed threads, I usually don't see the "Reply to this" link above posts.
If I rate one of those posts, it shows up.
I think that is not intentional.
It's happening on both the FFXI and WoW skins.

You can also add &post=1 to the end of the url, but you still cannot post in a locked thread (sort of).
I didn't intend to post in a locked thread. 
I think this was reported before, but since the reply to this link doesn't work once it pops up, it's become a low priority. Then again, maybe it's jsut deja vu.
