This has been happening a lot lately. It pushes everything down to make room for it. Moving the mouse over another link fixes it, so it's not that big a deal, but it is kind of annoying. Using firefox 3.5.7, though it also happens at school, except every single time, instead of just occasionally (though there's all kinds of restrictions on ie there, so that could be a cause), which is IE8.
