Removal of PLD stickyFollow

The following sticky in the PLD forums hasn't been updated in a few years. Due to changes in the game and the last three posts (over a period of six months, no less) on said sticky, the information found in here isn't as vital as it once was. Some of it is even incorrect. I'd request that the sticky be removed from our list of stickies. It would also bring us down to the 3 stickies that we're supposedly limited to.

I'd also like to express gratitude for akirussan for writing the sticky in the first place.
