Premium account locked up

I have a Premium account that I use to access the Everquest site. Starting today I noticed ads on the site, and realized that I wasn't logged in. I attempted to log in using the data from my password manager (Username/Pwd), but got the error "Errors: nxErrorCode: 2001 error: invalid email or password."

I attempted to recover the password. For some reason, when I enter the email it says it doesn't exist. I had changed the email address back in 2019, and when I enter the previous email address the system says that it's sending an email, which I never receive.

I've cleared data and restarted Chrome, but get the same issues.

I paid for a year of Premium back in May, so I'm not sure why my account is inaccessible. Can anyone assist?

I tried logging in using Edge and had no issues, so I went through and cleared Chrome site data again, restarted my browser, and was able to log in. Not sure why it didn't work the first time.

Issue resolved.
